Analysts, Content Writers
You’re an Analyst / Content Writer. Your task is to review a large number of Smart accounts daily for new tweets and mentions. However, due to the sheer volume and extra noise, this can be quite challenging.
That’s where the "Smart Tracker" page comes in to help. This is how the Smart Tracker page looks like. Here we can see that we have preset lists of smarts and can add them.

Select the preset sheet with VC representatives (1) and click on the “Add All Smarts” button (2).

Select the sheet we would like to add our accounts to (3) and click "+" button.

Now let's select our sheet and see what's inside it.

Here you can find a list of all accounts that have been added, filtering and sorting functionality is fully available on them, just like projects have.

A distinctive feature of the Smart Tracker section is the Feed sidebar, where we can find all the activities that are associated with our accounts. Let's go to this screen by pressing the "Feed" button (4).

It opens the sidebar where we can see all the events our Smarts did. Pay attention we can even choose which events we would like to see in the Feed section (5).

Since all project activities are included in the Feed, we are interested in activities with projects, so we select the "Projects only mention" option. That's how we can get all the actions VC representatives do.

But we want more - we would like to add our own Smarts. To add your own Smarts to the list, click the “Edit accounts” button (6) — and what’s more, you can add multiple accounts at once.

Just paste an X's handle to the field (7) in the format of @username or username or https://x.com/username. You can add several accounts at once. If you manually type the username - press the "Enter" button on your keyboard.

In addition to mass addition, it is possible to add a Smart to the tracking list of an individual account. To do this, go to the page of the Smart of interest and click on the “Add to Smart Tracker” button (8) and select the required list (9).
